1. About Us

Leadership Motors is a legal, registered brand operating as a division of Leadership Ventures Co Ltd. We provide premium vehicle sales, global car sourcing (procurement), and fleet supply services.

2. Showroom Visits & Appointments

Our physical showroom operates strictly on an appointment-only basis. Walking into our office or showroom without a confirmed appointment from our corporate desk is not allowed. We do this to give every client our full, dedicated attention.

3. Global Sourcing & Orders

When you ask us to find and import a custom car for you from abroad (USA, Europe, Dubai, Asia), we will sign a formal, legally binding contract with you before any payment is made. Once we find a car that matches your choice, our team inspects it. If it fails our quality tests, we cancel the purchase immediately and find you an alternative, or return your deposit as stated in your contract.

4. Customs & Local Clearing (Cameroon)

We proudly handle all shipping, paperwork, and clearing through the official Cameroon customs systems (SGS and CAMCIS). Leadership Motors does not participate in illegal shortcuts. All vehicles are handed over to the buyer with authentic, fully paid customs tax receipts.

We do our absolute best to ensure that all car details, mileage, prices, and availability listed on this website are correct. However, if an error happens, we reserve the right to correct it before any final sale agreement is signed.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to match changing port laws or business rules. By continuing to use our website, you agree to accept those updates.
